New US National Champion Alex "Evan Falco" Ogloza joins the podcast this week, along with Toler "Dimsun" Webb, Ashton "linkyoshimario" Cox, and Logan "yellowbox" Castro. We go over their teams, and then swap war stories and travel advice.

Dimsun tries and fails to keep an episode on topic featuring 2013 US National Champ KingofMars, 2011&2012 Senior Nats Champ CT_Cybertron, 5th in CP TheBattleRoom, and noted vacuum enthusiast MrBopper. They do manage to talk a fair bit about the metagame, CP Standings, underused mons, and eventually give out some tips for nationals. It's bonkers.

We try record 2 shows at once and it goes about as well as could be expected. This week Sam (DrFidget), Toler (Dimsun), Jake (sabelyemagma), and Blake (MrBopper) talk briefly about the International Challenge May, Premiere Challenges, and Zog. Then we did multibattles for the live show so most of that is cut.

We're back baby! After 5 months The Lava Pool returns to kick off season 2. This week Sam is joined by Caleb BlitznBurst Ryor, Benji Irons, and Collin TheBattleRoom Heier to talk about winning regionals, disqualifications, and how the metagame is exactly the same as what we predicted before the season started.
